I am retiring within the next 2 years. I will be in Newport, WA in the spring for vacation. I am obsessed with getting a tiny house. I have a grandson attending U of Idaho. This is a huge decision to make. I have family that lives in Newport, WA on 10 acres. There is going to be a lot of homework and research on this venture. I don’t want a loft. I am 71, still working and active. I want a bedroom downstairs and a loft maybe for guests. I feel the quality of the work is the best I have seen. I would appreciate any literature that you could send me. Thank you so much. I look forward to stopping by in the spring.
