Introducing the Newest Tiny Idahomes Model – The Ozark
We are so happy to announce our newest model – The Ozark – 20′ long, one level, non lofted Tiny House Travel Trailer. Small, practical, easy to tow and park and equipped for off grid.
Over the last couple of years we got a lot of emails from all of you asking for a model that combines tiny houses and RVs for easier towing and handling, and we think the Ozark brings it all. Small, although spacious inside, combines comfort and modern perfectly! Everything is at one level – bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a roomy dinette built in a deep slide out.
The 2 tone kitchen cabinets, full height tile, modern stainless steel appliances, solid surface counter top – they all make it feel very homier and nicer.
The Ozark has lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. The 7′ bedroom has built in storage in the bed frame along with the side bed cabinets and upper cabinets.
To save on space, the Ozark brings a 3′ semi wet corner bathroom. To some of you the toilet in the shower may seem strange but the vast majority of people said that is not a problem.
The Ozark comes equipped with holding tanks, 12 volt system (battery operated) roof AC, Propane Furnace, Dinette Slide Out.
Let us know your thoughts about this model!!

Where can we see this at
Hi Alison, I am not sure if you are local but we have this tiny house at our facility in Caldwell Idaho. 1412 Freedom Ave, Caldwell, ID, 83605
Give us a call at 208-468-0576 or email us at tinyidahomes@gmail.com
It’s almost workable except it needed 31/2 feet more so the toilet could not be in the shower! Than it’s worth the money. 🙂
It is a tiny house – you got to give up something to gain something else. We can probably modify this model a bit to get the toilet out of the shower. We can wither make the unit longer or the shower smaller
Put the sink put the sink in the shower, and the toilet where the sink would go. Storage over the toilet if u think storage is needed in such a small bathroom.
All in all I like this tinyidahome.
Love the idea of custom to ones needs.
And that is the beauty of customization – we can customize pretty much everything. In this special case however, the space is too small to have toilet installed outside shower – we would need to extend bathroom a little which will take away from kitchen or bedroom
I’ve checked the website for information. Is this home customizable in any way? Particularly the bathroom layout? (No shower/ toilet combo) and possibly a few other decorative changes?
Hi Kaye, yes, you can customize this model. We would have to build you another tiny house per your specs. This one here in particular is sold as is but if you would like to have another one built with your own touches, we can for sure do it.
Hello,
I like your Ozark but I have a lesser budget can we work out something to
make it less than what it costs . I am trying to to go beyond $30,000.00
If there is no slide out and with a smaller refrigerator, 2 burners stove /oven.
I am a senior who will not need so many costly appliances and maybe less
cabinets.
I have been looking around for a THOW and I like what you have.
How much will be the cost to deliver it here in Covina, California?
Thanks.
Best regards,
Heidi Celeridad
Sorry I am trying not to go beyond $30,000.
Is this possible?
Thanks again
Heidi

What are the external dimensions for this unit? Height at its tallest point and width. The area we have is very narrow and low height clearance.
Are you able to custom something similar to this unit but we do not need seating nor a bed. We are interested in the utility only therefore kitchen, shower, bathroom, and laundry if possible.
Hello Lawrence, this tiny house is 8’6″ on the exterior width – when slide out is in. The slide opens up another roughly 3′. Height – it is pretty much 12’tall from the ground up to the highest point.
We can definitely custom build the Ozark to fit your life style. We can even make it longer if you would like to gain a little more lenght. We cannot make it any wider though.
We do offer financing on all our tiny houses. It will be bank financing. We are working with a lot of banks and credit unions nowadays. You will be getting an RV Loan.
Tiny Idahomes is RVIA Member and we build all our tiny houses per the RV Codes and Regulations
Anca, we really like the design and the bump out. We’re looking for something larger and thought we would need to go to a 10′ wide, but the bump out might do the trick. If we went longer (30-32) could you do 2 bump outs (1 dining and 1 living)? Also, we’d want the toilet out of the shower.
Thanks in advance for your answer.
Pat
Hi Pat, I would love to chat more with you about our product. We do not build anything wider than 8’6″ as we are an RV Manufacturer and anything wider than that would put you in a Park Model, Manufactured Home category and we cannot build those types. That is why we are installing slide outs – as they open up the space quite a bit making it feel so much roomier inside. We can do a couple slide outs for sure as long as the space allows us to
Love the Ozark!
Do you have an exact weight (UVW) for the THOW?
Hello and thank you for your message. This model is absolutely beautiful. The weight as it sits is 7,960 Lbs. GVWR is 13,018 LBS. Thank you
I like the style, curved roof, kitchen and slide out..
Wet bath isn’t my style, actually I hate them.
My choice would be to turn the bed across driving direction. A queen would allow a night stand and wardrobe.
Followed by walk through bathroom with a separate shower stall on one side, toilet and sink on the other.
There are compact washers which fits under a small sink.
Kitchen arrangement isn’t very practical and is neglecting workflow for both left and right handler..
Sink should be close to the fridge because you are washing meat, veggies and fruits after taking it out of the fridge – or? Next is preparation and finally cook top and oven.
Slide out should have a fold down cover to protect the top seams .
I would like to get an estimate but can’t find this model on your Options and Pricing page.
Are you going to put it there anytime soon?
Michael, thank you for your comment. The Ozark is such a new model, we did not put it on the website yet but we will do soon. We would love to give you an estimate. I will send you an email soon to start conversation
Michael, I tried to email you and for some reason it is not going through. Please feel free to call us at 208-468-0576 or email us direct at tinyidahomes@gmail.com. We would love to talk to you and hopefully give you a quote on a model and layout that fits your lifestyle the best
Looking forward to hearing back from you
If I were going to tow this on my own what size truck would you recommend? What kind of towing numbers would I need?
Hi Jennifer, the Ozark weighs 7,960 LBS – you will have to see what your truck is rated to haul. We always recommend a 3/4 ton to be on the safe side. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you
