Welcome to Justin and Allison’s brand-new, beautiful K2 Tiny Home. This is a build were so excited about, and we know the new owners are too! Join us as we take you on a tour through this gorgeous home.
When you walk into this beautiful unit, you’re immediately greeted with the stunning Blue Beetle Pine ceiling and all its intricate details. It truly draws the eye and is such a unique feature in this home. Next, your eyes are instantly drawn to the bright blue cabinetry in the kitchen, contrasting the crisp, clean quartz countertop and subway tile backsplash. The galley style kitchen isn’t fully restricted by a low ceiling, making it feel extra spacious. Beyond that is the bathroom, complete with a large shower and a Separett composting toilet.
Let's take a closer look at this kitchen. With unobstructed headspace, this galley kitchen is perfect for whipping up a brand new recipe or taking requests of a family favorite meal. The subway tile is the perfect added aesthetic touch to make this kitchen look so clean and modern. Quartz countertops also add a bit of luxury to this build. Allison and Justin's unit came with a 21" Furrion stainless steel drop-in range, a 24" stainless steel rangehood, and a 8 cu ft Dometic RV Refrigerator that includes a top freezer. Safe to say this is more than sufficient for cooking the best meals while on the road! The deep 24" undermount sink makes cleanup a breeze, with plenty of room for even the largest of your dishes to get squeaky clean and ready for their next use!
The rear 4' bathroom has a pocket door for a simple space-saving solution, which is everything in a Tiny Home. Step into the 48" shower and clean off with a near endless supply piping hot water, courtesy of the Truma tankless water heater! Never again will you have to carefully time your showers! This bathroom may be Tiny, but it doesn't lack the essentials, such as a sink with lower cabinet, a custom built linen closet with adjustable shelving, and a Separett composting toilet. What more could you ever want in a Tiny bathroom?
Going upstairs into the bedroom loft, you’ll be extra secure with privacy walls that don’t completely obstruct your view of the home. This helps the loft feel open, and not stuffy or too small. The unique roofline with XL windows make it the ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of a long day. The other side of the Tiny features a bottom floor living area that can also be used as a bedroom. Whether you want to entertain, set up a gaming area, or just create a bedroom space that is larger than typical in a Tiny, this space is truly versatile and we know Justin and Allison will love it!
