Mark and Zoe's Custom K2

We’re excited to share Zoe and Mark’s brand new tiny home that we had the pleasure of helping them with! Come with us in a glimpse through their not so tiny dream home.

As soon as you enter the unit, you can see how well the space has been used, as well as the warmth of the farmhouse style finishes. Custom-made pine storage stairs lead you up to the 8’ sleeping loft, and there is also a hanging pine ladder you can pull out to go to the second loft. This second loft is great for storage, a closet, gaming setup, a guest bedroom, and a cat feeding, litter box, and storage area. We'll have more photos of it down later in this blog post! Both lofts also have ¾ height safety walls to keep the space feeling secure, safe, and comfortable.

The entrance is directly in the heart of the tiny home, with double paned Kinro windows on the opposite wall that brighten up the entire Tiny Home; perfect as a breakfast nook or dining area. The flooring is one sheet vinyl Congoleum, and the deep color givies warmth and energy throughout the space, while still being a snap to clean and maintain.

To add on to this little piece of paradise, there is a full 8’ den with a pocket door, providing the perfect private space for an office or whatever needs one might have. This unit is ready for anything anyone might need and is another tiny home we are proud to have been part of!

The kitchen may be tiny, but it has big potential. With a 21” drop in range with 3 burners, a 25” white apron sink, and a 10 cubic foot refrigerator with a top freezer, you're fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal. Going Tiny does not mean giving up luxuries, and that certainly shows in this beautiful kitchen with its walnut butcher block backsplash. All this kitchen needs is a fresh plate of cookies!

Just past the kitchen is the bathroom, with custom cabinetry to house the water heater below and the Splendide washer/dryer combo above. The one piece shower is 48” and comes with a beat in seat to allow one to really relax under that hot water.

Here are those other photos of the second loft! It's so spacious and airy, not cramped at all. Can you even imagine the possibilites there are to do with this nook? The privacy wall really makes it feel like it's tucked away from everything, which is so important when sharing a space with others. We could spend all day here and not ever want to come back out!
