Philip and Jackie’s Tiny Home is sure to turn heads with its extra large windows, colorful interior, and gorgeous kitchen! We’re so excited to show you this amazing, ultra-customized Clear Creek model.
The first thing you’ll notice in this home is just how many windows there are, and how the natural sunlight just brightens up the space so much and makes it feel so large and airy! Imagine parking in a sleepy forest and waking up to views of the dewy trees surround your home, or near a beautiful lake, where you could see the sun rise and glisten on the water as you make your coffee. The jackknife couch makes for a perfect sitting area that doubles as a guest bed whenever you want to take people along on your travels!
In the rear U-shaped kitchen, you’ll find state-of-the-art appliances and you guessed it - even more windows! Philip and Jackie opted to keep it simple and omit upper cabinets, instead using the space for incredible panoramic views when cooking delicious meals to share. There's a beautiful, spacious 27" sapphire blue farmhouse sink to help you stay ahead of dinner cleanup, a propane range, and gorgeous white corian countertops to add to the clean, crisp look of this Tiny Home. Who would ever want to stop cooking with the views you'd have in this kitchen?
The 7' front bathroom is larger than most of our builds, which just marks another customization unique to Philip and Jackie's home. Equipped with a one piece shower, RV toilet, and Splendide washer/dryer stackables, this bathroom packs a serious punch for being in a Tiny Home. Other features that make this particular build so unique include the stunning vessel sink with waterfall faucet and 26" custom barn door. Imagine the possibilites if you unleashed your creativity in an XL bathroom like this!
The handrail on the inside wall leading to this 9' loft provides extra stability at the end of a long day. The skylights help lull you to sleep with a view of the stars, and then gently wakes you with the early morning sunrise. Adding a skylight to the loft adds so much space to a seemingly small room, but between that and the XL windows Philip and Jackie requested to be installed, there's so much natural light that it's impossible to feel cramped in here! There is even a 3/4 privacy wall to help section off this area dedicated to rest and recovery.
Philip and Jackie's home is one of the ultimate examples of what's possible with enough imagination and creativity. Your Tiny Home can be just as unique as you - one of the best parts of our job is getting to help people make their dreams come true, as well as getting to see all the dreamy ideas that get fulfilled in our warehouse. Will your Tiny be even more unique than this one?
The final cost of this home was $68,722 in late 2020. Please visit the Clear Creek page for the latest pricing information!
