New Phoenix Tiny House
Congratulations to William & Daysi…We hope you love your new home “Phoenix”.
If the stove was in the middle you’d have counterspace on both side + assess to the drawer and storage (like cooking utensils) – wonder if designed that way for a reason… Hmm
Hi Chandler, we build custom tiny house RVs – we build customer floor plans and designs. This was our customers design. We can move the stove or other appliances around to where our customers want them
It may have been designed this way to provide more prep space on the larger counter.
I like this design. I think it gives a good amount of uninterrupted counter space. I think I would do the same thing myself.
Want to come down in a few weeks with Ian Robertson. We are working on a Men, Women, Homeless Transition Family Tiny Homes project in Spokane. Want to check you possible business. 509-619-9192
Hi Claude, we would love to meet up with you. Please give us a call so we can make an appointment. Thank you
will a Chevy V6 Blazer be able to pull this?
Hello Anca, I am in the early stages of planning my switch to “Tiny”, I really like what you guys did on the couples “Pheonix” house. I know it was there design, but imitation is the highest form of flattery, right. Is it possible to recreate it? If so, may I ask what the price on that model runs? Also, what would it cost to add an egress/saftey skylight in both lofts? Per california zoning, it is necessary if I put it on private property. Also can you tell me if Ore/Wa/Id zoning has similar codes?
Hello Chris, we can definitely build you this model if you would like us to. Please send me an email at tinyidahomes@gmail.com to further discuss construction details, codes and regulations. Looking forward to hearing from you
What is the cheapest tiny house
I love the design of the Phoenix . I’m thinking about getting something along this ideal for a vacation home/retirement home on my land in Tennessee. What are the general cost to build something like this? What kind of truck is needed to pull it? Can plans be bought? You can reach me at my email. Thank you for your time and answers.
Lorna, the Phoenix project came to about $45,000. The base cost is $ 38,000. The total weight came to a little overv9,000 LBS and it is built on 2 – 7,000 lbs axles. We recommend a 3/4 ton truck.
Please feel free to send us an email at tinyidahomes@gmail.com if you have more questions.
Thank you
That’s really a great price..$48000.00..is that the total on everything as shown?
Have photos of interiors I like. Can you do things that I ask for? 208-966-4442
Hello Jan, we can do a lot as long as it meets our RV codes. Give us a call and we can chat with you about your tiny house layout and design

Hi Kim,
Thank you for inquiring with our company. We add slideouts to many of our units. It does add a little more weight. We are also able to add multiple slideouts.
