    1. Please give cost for units shown…and I/ will be frank…I am a senior who is living on a fixed income (less than $1,000.00 per month.) If I sell my current condo valued at $60,000.00 what do you have to offer that is $20,000.00 or less remembering I would still need to purchase land rather a lot for sale. Thanks for your time.

  1. Would it be possible to modify the roof-line to a shed shape to accommodate solar panels? What about a flat roof over the loft area for a roof deck (with collapsing railing system for transport)?

    1. Hello Ann, we can do a shed roof style fifth wheel but no flat roof. Barrel roof seems to be the best when it comes to the aerodynamics though

  2. Hi, a few questions….What was the price on Mark and Amanda’s New Carpathian Tiny House? How long would does the build take? We are starting the process of selling our traditional house and are considering going the tiny house route for our family of 5. Do you have models on site we could see? Although the Carpathian looks like it would work I want to physically climb in to feel it out!
    Thanks,
    Traci Waknitz

    1. Hello Tracy, the cost of the Carpathian model for Mark and Amanda came to about 63k but they bought the cabinets themselves and some of the appliances. Building time is around 10 to 12 weeks on this model. We do not have any in stock models at this time but if you call us and make an appointment, we can walk you through some custom builds we will have going on at that time. Feel free to call or email us for more info.

  3. What are the interior dimensions of the slideouts? What is the length of the “living room” area above the hitch? How long of a trailer can you build – up to 40′?

    1. Hi Ann, we can do different size slide-outs. The part above the goose neck is roughly 9′ long. We cannot build bigger than 400 sq ft. Amanda and Mark’s fifth wheel came to about 320 sq ft.

  4. Can I see a floor plan for the Carpathian as built? Also, if I like the overall floor plan but wanted to modify a few areas, is that permitted?

    1. Michelle, we are a custom RV Manufacturer so we build your floor plan and design. Please send us an email or give us a call and we would love to talk to you and answer all your questions

  5. Do you think it would ever be able to make a slide “up”? I think it would be amazing if the loft sleeping area could get taller when it is parked. Love the layouts and slides you have come up with!!!

    1. Fanya, we can probably do a slide up but the cost of the unit will jump up considerably. We are a custom RV Builder and if it fits in our RV codes we can make it work

    1. We work with RV Shipping Companies and they deliver for us. Our customers negotiate the shipping cost directly with the transporter
