We are part of NADA – so your tiny house has a book value – great for when you buy a Tiny Idahome but even better if you ever want to sell it down the road as your tiny house will have a value and someone else will be able to get a bank loan. We are working with Banks and Credit Unions all over United States which makes it easier for customers everywhere – no matter what state they are in. We will even work with your own bank that you trust and been banking with for years.
Tiny House RV loans are different depending on the bank or credit union and their packages but we have noticed that for loan amounts:

$2,000 – $9,999 – loans go up to 5 years
$10,000 – $24,999 – loans go up to 10 years
$25,000 – $74,999 – loans go up to 15 years
$75,000 + Loans go up to 20 years
 
***All these terms might change depending on the financial institution.
***APR will vary depending on each individual financial situation

TIny Idahomes had the amazing opportunity to build a Tiny Idahome Shell for one of the biggest automotive manufacturer around. This tiny house will be used a display model/ background drop for all their vehicles and it will be at all the biggest events and shows in 2017 where the manufacturer will be participating. The first event the Tiny Idahome will be seen at is the Miami International Boat Show January 16th through January 20th. If you are in Miami, or close enough, stop by and take a peak. We are so happy to be in our new home in Caldwell. It is 20,000 square feet, not including the office which is another 1,400 square feet, and I have no clue how we ever lasted as long as we did in 6,000 sq ft. Although moving has come with some challenges, we are finally able to spread out and enjoy the room. We have already filled up the space with all of our orders.  We will be having a open house some time in December if all goes as planned. Hope to see you soon.

As a business we get lots of request to donate and or help by giving away product for sale or raffle, and unfortunately we are not in the position to help them all. This year we were asked by Kids First Cast and Howards Tackle Shop  to help with their non profit in some sort of way, and it did not take me longer than 30 seconds to commit to helping as I enjoy fishing and the outdoors and like to see kids get out and fish. Locally, Kids First Cast is known for giving out kids fishing poles to young kids and most of the time, it is the child’s first pole they have ever had. Once a year, Kids First Cast sets up a casting pond at an event called Cabin Fever, and they were needing a storage unit to keep all the equipment for this event along with a back-droop of a cabin that sits behind the casting pond. This is were Tiny Idahomes comes in and, instead of a cloth backdrop or a storage shed, we did both by building Kids first Cast a cabin looking storage shed with temp wheels so it can be rolled inside the mall where the event is held. The Idea was to make something that looked like it has been sitting in the woods for years, and I believe we accomplished this but feel free to let us know your thoughts, and thank you Kids first cast for letting us help with such a wonderfull orginazation. We are excited to introduce to you the Clear Creek model we have just customized for Faith. From the roof to the fold down porch, she has chosen the additions and colors that meet her needs and tastes. We are always excited to see the finished product as much as our customers since each unit is customized to their likes and needs. We hope with the finished pictures, we can also pass on some ideas of what others may want in their builds. 

Here are the specs for this Tiny House RV:

•4’ wide by 8’ long fold down porch at the back of the trailer
•2’ storage loft above main entry
•Loft with dormers over the bathroom and kitchen. The loft is about 12’ long. Stairs to the loft are recessed into the loft and they are made out of pine. There is storage in almost every step and there is plenty of storage (closet) under the stairs as well.
•Closet Slide out as you go up the stairs – the slide out is roughly 5’ long.
•Front Bathroom with nice roomy 48”x24” fiberglass shower and nice round Kraus vessel sink. Bathroom has great storage and the cabinets in the bathroom match the cabinets in the kitchen for a nice look all throughout the tiny house. Bathroom has Corian countertop – same as the kitchen does.
• Middle kitchen with 3 burner stainless steel RV propane range and stainless steel range hood. Kitchen cabinets are Arcadia shaker style in white from Lowe’s. Kitchen sink is a beautiful 30” apron sink by Reliance Whirpools.
•Kitchen Countertop is Corian – deep sable with bevel edge and 3-3 ½ corian back splash. Plus drop counter in the kitchen.
•Kitchen Fridge is apartment style LG Top Freezer Refrigerator
•LG Washer and Dryer (Ventless)
•Rear Livingroom – customer will provide an L Shape  couch
