I am very interested in buying a small house. I currently live and work at Virginia Tech. I have a grown daughter who lives in Newport. WA. She and her future husband have 10 acres that they live on. I found your houses to be of high quality material and workmanship.
I will be retiring shortly and really want to buy a smaller house. I don’t want an upstairs unless it is for storage.
