Beautiful design. Only problem I have with it is the weak insulation. With an R rating of only 13 you’d have to live where it never goes below 0 Celsius.
Tim, we do have the option of spray foam insulation and we can get up to an R21 of high density closed cell spray foam insulation. It is a small space that warms up and cools down pretty fast
How much does faith cost?
Hi Linda, this Clear Creek model ended up at just around $57,000 the way it shows in the pictures
I like a lot of the features this THOW has. Are all your THOWS stick built or can you make them with metal studs? Do you do any kind of certification? What is the weight of this THOW? What is the length? I would like storage in the floor some accessed from the inside and some from the outside. I am thinking partially raising the floor to height of top of fenders or maybe even raised floor and no lofts. Are you game for that?
Marian, our tiny houses are 2×4 construction. We are RVIA and NATM Certified. This tiny house in particular is 26′ long and the weight of it came right at 11,000 lbs. We can definitely raise your floor over the fender wells.
