We would love to introduce you to our latest completed Tiny House RV model built for Amanda. It is our Carpathian model with Amanda’s custom requests. We just love the colors, lighting, butcher block counter tops and cabinets. The windows allow for plenty of natural lighting. The bathroom has a pocket door for entry to the compost toilet and a beautiful glass shower with a sliding door. It also has ample space for hanging clothing, with a shelf for storage above.

Faith’s Clear Creek with Big Slide Out Closet

We are excited to introduce to you the Clear Creek model we have just customized for Faith. From the roof to the fold down porch, she has chosen the additions and colors that meet her needs and tastes. We are always excited to see the finished product as much as our customers since each unit is customized to their likes and needs. We hope with the finished pictures, we can also pass on some ideas of what others may want in their builds. 

Here are the specs for this Tiny House RV:

​•2 X 4 Construction
•Blown in Fiberglass Batt Insulation – R-13 in walls, R-13 Ceiling and R-13 Floor
•3’ Tuff Rib Metal Roofing – Stone Color
•Jeld Wen windows  1500 series – single hung – tempered glass
•Pioneer 9,000 BTU mini split unit
•Cedar Lap Siding Exterior and Outside skirting to match exterior lap siding
•4’ wide by 8’ long fold down porch at the back of the trailer
•2’ storage loft above main entry
•Loft with dormers over the bathroom and kitchen. The loft is about 12’ long. Stairs to the loft are recessed into the loft and they are made out of pine. There is storage in almost every step and there is plenty of storage (closet) under the stairs as well.
•Closet Slide out as you go up the stairs – the slide out is roughly 5’ long.
•Front Bathroom with nice roomy 48”x24” fiberglass shower and nice round Kraus vessel sink. Bathroom has great storage and the cabinets in the bathroom match the cabinets in the kitchen for a nice look all throughout the tiny house. Bathroom has Corian countertop – same as the kitchen does.
• Middle kitchen with 3 burner stainless steel RV propane range and stainless steel range hood. Kitchen cabinets are Arcadia shaker style in white from Lowe’s. Kitchen sink is a beautiful 30” apron sink by Reliance Whirpools.
•Kitchen Countertop is Corian – deep sable with bevel edge and 3-3 ½ corian back splash. Plus drop counter in the kitchen.
•Kitchen Fridge is apartment style LG Top Freezer Refrigerator
•LG Washer and Dryer (Ventless)
•Rear Livingroom – customer will provide an L Shape  couch
•Pine tongue and groove interior white wash
•Floor – One sheet vinyl – Colonial Oak
•30 AMP RV Power Cord and Connection

Chris and Jessica Carpathian Model Tiny House

 

Another Carpathian Model has left our facility and has gone to North Carolina to meet its new owners. Beautiful model and floor plan, this is a true four season Tiny House Travel Trailer. It has a front Living room/ Bedroom – with a Murphy bed in one of the slide outs, middle kitchen, full size middle bathroom and rear bedroom. L shape loft over the rear bedroom and bathroom. The loft has recessed queen size bed to offer more head room. This model easily sleeps 8 people.

14’ L shape loft with a custom built hide a ladder system that slides in between the bedroom and bathroom wall. The loft has a 6” drop in the loft for the queen size mattress
Rear Child/Crib Bedroom with a roughly 5’ slideout
Middle Kitchen with mahogany cabinets – lowers and uppers with Corian Countertops. Double basin kitchen sink with corian cover for both sides of the sink. The sink cover can easily be used as a cutting board and when covering the sink, it offers a lot more counter space.
Summit Professional 20” stainless steel – full size range and oven and stainless steel range hood.
Bathroom with full size tub, RV Toilet, good size bathroom sink and storage
Living room over the gooseneck with 2 slide outs. Living room has an entertainment center with plenty of storage room, fireplace and a murphy bed in one of the slide outs.

NATM
At Tiny Idahomes we build all our trailers at our location and your safety is our first concern.
NATM is dedicated to improving trailer safety. One way this is accomplished is through a mandatory Compliance Verification Program, requiring all Regular members (trailer manufacturers) to verify they have the manufacturing processes in place to build trailers that meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) and industry best practices.
