I didn’t see anything referring to an AC unit and you mentioned it had a heated storage space but where is furnace and hopefully it heats inside unit also. What is the GVWR, overall height and delivered weight on this unit? I see you mentioned TV in the cargo area but I didn’t see any plug-ins for power or cable/antenna. City water hookup or does all require water tank use? You need a slide out in kitchen/living area also to maximize usable living space. Personally, I’ve been thinking a 42-44ft with a 12ft enclosed garage area and a living/sitting/tv area between garage and kitchen. It would also have 3-8K axles with disc brakes, 17.5 tires and wheeis and hyd 6 point auto-level up. I think if you bring the roof line down some it would give room for a roof mounted unit, maybe take some of the arch out of it. Just some thoughts.
Hi Steve,
Thanks for your comments and questions on our new Tiny House Toy Hauler.
The GVWR is 16K. Delivered weight of this one is about 12k. 13″6″ heigh.
Yes, there is an outlet for a TV, and we can run cable where ever you need it.
Yes, it does have hookups for water/sewer.
I do appreciate you wanting a larger unit, however bigger means heavier, particularly in the tiny house format.
We figured that a toy hauler is likely to move around than your standard tiny house and we wanted to built something that was easy to move. We do offer the option of hydraulic auto-level.
Thanks for your feedback,
Tim
